This technology could help us countermeasure several problems such as labor shortage, and low life quality of mobility impaired and brain-injury individuals. In order to achieve such technological advancement, we believe that machine intelligence is an important factor.
Therefore, in this symposium on Machine Intelligence for Future Societies, we would like to provide the audience with state-of-the-art research from around the world that would help in realizing such technology.
